How do I order?

5. Once processed, you will be automatically returned to the springcourt australia website and a confirmation page will be displayed with your order number. Write this down, or print this page for your own records, to keep as a reference. Additionally, you will immediately receive a confirmation email providing all your order details for your records. 

Important Information

Please be advised that all orders are subject to stock availability.  In the instance we do not have the item you requested in stock, no payment will be deducted from your account and the order will be declared null and void.  If we are able to re-order the item for you, a brand new order will then be created once we have received the shoes from the supplier.

What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

You should phone us on 02 9281 8806 as soon as possible. We will refund the full amount, less a $20 administration fee,  provided you phone us within 24 hours of your order being confirmed (that is, within 24 hours of your confirmation email being sent).  You may also make changes to your order within this time period, provided the order has not left our store. If you do make changes to your existing order, you will need to pay any resulting price differences and additional delivery fees prior to your existing order being dispatched. 

What action should I take if I am not happy with the product?

Should you have a reasonable and legitimate complaint about any product you receive from us via this website, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Payment

When you provide details of your credit or debit card you must be fully entitled to use that card and it must have sufficient available funds to cover your charges.
