Exchanges must be posted to the below addresses with a copy of our Exchange form completed.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. The coverage of return postage costs must be approved by our Online Manager prior to return of item(s).
- Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receipt;
- Regrettably we cannot refund for change of mind.
- Goods must be in original condition, with box and packaging intact. Soiled items will not be accepted.
- Please retain proof of purchase (receipt) until refund is processed.
- Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability - if your requested garment is not available then a credit note will be issued and you will be notified via email.
- Exchanges of items purchased online cannot be processed at a flagship retail store.
- Please note, no refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items.
