Terms and Conditions
All returned merchandise must be unworn and should be returned in original packaging to ensure adequate protection in transit and enable them to be returned to stock once received. Please use a reliable method of postage as we are not responsible for any items that go missing or become damaged in transit.
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item for a credit note or an exchange.
Returns and exchanges made in one of our stores are subject to in-store terms and conditions.
If you require an exchange for a different size, please contact us as soon as possible for a Returns and Exchanges Form. The exchange shoe will be dispatched once the original shoe has been received with the receipt enclosed.
Faulty merchandise must be returned within a reasonable time after the fault is detected by the customer.
It is advisable that you contact us to inform us of the problem as soon as possible so that we can rule out the possibility of it having occurred due to general wear and tear.
Merchandise returned due to fault are subject to inspection by the manufacturer before the refund can be issued, and in some instances, may need to be sent interstate in order for this to occur. We will do our best to ensure that this procedure is completed as quickly as possible.
Any problems that have developed after the goods have had a fair amount of use will not be accepted as faulty. In such an event that this is deemed to be the case, you will be notified and returned your merchandise (you may be required to cover postage costs).
If the goods are deemed to be faulty, your credit card will be refunded for the total cost of the transaction (including initial and subsequent postage costs).
